Neo Wright, CEO and Founder of CDJ Enterprises
Hello friends. Welcome to the Ignite Human Development Movement (IHDM). This is the largest Business/Humanitarian movement ever created. Why the name? Because we believe that when people come into contact with US, they will undoubtedly develop into better human beings.
MISSION STATEMENT
Our mission is to build a paralleled economic system in America and other parts of the world that is based on Peace, Love, Honor and Respect.
About Our Founder
Neo Wright is the CEO and Founder of CDJ Enterprises, which is the Parent Company of The Ignite Human Development Movement. Neo is also the Author of an exciting book series titled “Black Boy From The Barrio” ( Amazon Books ). It is the story of how an African American boy working as a field worker in California’s Central Valley and growing up in a mainly Latino community, discovered WHO he was and WHY he was born. Through many years of struggling with life’s challenges, he realized that he was CALLED to do something special in this world. He knew deep down that he had a love for people which makes him a “Humanitarian”. He wondered HOW could he serve humankind in the BEST way. This is when God gave him the VISION to create the “Ignite Human Development Movement”. This is a unique business model in which we help nonprofits, schools, churches and some corporations network and collaborate with each other. We have also created an innovative fundraising platform that will offer nonprofits a chance at NEVER having to fundraise again. We are revolutionizing the fundraising industry. We are creating the largest digital “HOUSE” for nonprofits that has ever been created before. We intend to change the world in a positive way, one nonprofit at a time.
HOW WE GOT STARTED
In the winter of 2015, our CEO Neo Wright decided to make a drastic change in his life. He had been working in the construction industry as a house painter for the past 32 years. At the tender age of 54, he decided to become a Lyft driver and invest in his DREAMS. With the desire of not wanting to borrow money or search for Venture Capital, Neo took to the streets in his Lyft car. After 9 years and over 25,000 Lyft and Uber rides, he was able to build the initial infrastructure to his brand. First, his popular book called “Black Boy From The Barrio.” Second, The Ignite Life Coaching Platform. And finally, The Ignite Human Development Movement. Neo is a “MOVEMENT GUY”, which means that SKY’s the limit when it comes to his dreams.
